Office Clerk - Sales

-Confirmation of order details / various service requirements, delivery of analysis results
-Preparation, sending and management of outsourcing contracts
-Creating and sending an estimate for customers
-Customer support (email, telephone)
-Data input(Excel)

General Affairs

-Managing phone calls(including switchboard)
-Sample sorting of genetic testing kit
-Data input
-Printing and shipping reports
-Other Ad hoc tasks



-At least 3 years of experience in office clerk
-Basic skill in MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

Good to haves

-English use in work
-Experience in life science industry
-Keen to do ad hoc tasks
